2. Services

Charlotte Myles Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait, lifestyle, and travel photography. Full service details, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change.

All photography sessions must be booked in advance through the official website or via direct contact.

3. Payments and Deposits

To secure your session date, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.

Payments can be made via the methods listed on the website or as agreed directly with Charlotte Myles Photography.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

• In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Image Usage and Copyright

All photographs taken by Charlotte Myles Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer.
Clients receive a license for personal use of their images unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not edit, sell, reproduce, or use the images for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Charlotte Myles Photography reserves the right to use selected images for marketing, portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.

6. Digital Files and Delivery

Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery or file transfer link within the timeframe stated during booking.
While we take great care in storing files, we recommend clients download and back up their images promptly. Charlotte Myles Photography is not responsible for file loss after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality service, Charlotte Myles Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or photography services.

We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, illness, or venue restrictions).

8. Privacy
