Thank you for choosing Charlotte Myles Photography. We take great care to provide our clients with high-quality photography services and a professional experience. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for all bookings and purchases made through charlottemylesphotography.com.
1. General Policy
All session bookings and photography services are confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of custom photography services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun, as each session requires time, preparation, and resources specific to your booking.
2. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your date and time and covers administrative and planning costs.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If Charlotte Myles Photography must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, or emergencies), clients will be offered either:

A rescheduled date at no additional cost, or

A full refund of any payment made (including the deposit).

In the case of a wedding I will provide assistance to find a suitable replacement, with a similar style, who can take my place.
3. Refunds for Digital Products and Galleries
Because photography involves creative, customised work, digital images, galleries, and downloads are non-refundable once delivered. However, if you experience an issue with your gallery or file delivery, please contact us promptly, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue or provide a corrected file.
4. Gift Vouchers and Credits
All gift vouchers and session credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used by the expiration date stated on the voucher or communication.
5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Clients who arrive late may have reduced session time to ensure fairness to other bookings.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment before booking future sessions.
